In the first release of the ACHA D2 for the 2022-2023 season rankings the Quakers find themselves ranked #11 in the Southeastern division. This it the first time in UPenn Ice Hockey history that the Quakers find themselves ranked in an opening release of rankings. The Quakers have started the season 7-1 with big wins over #15 Millersville and #16 Seton Hall.
The Quakers finished the season 2021-2022 season ranked #13 in the Southeastern division and earned themselves a trip to regionals.
